Integrative Solutions Consulting LLC (ISC)

1. Purpose & Scope

These Terms & Policies outline expectations, responsibilities, and conditions for all clients and partners working with Integrative Solutions Consulting LLC (ISC). Engagement in services constitutes agreement to these terms.

2. Service Overview

ISC provides multi-disciplinary support including tutoring, coaching, family services, behavioral support, educational consulting, workshops, and community liaison services.

3. Scheduling & Attendance

• Sessions scheduled in advance.
• 24-hour notice required for cancellations.
• Late cancellations or no-shows billed at full rate.
• Excessive cancellations may require schedule adjustment.

4. Payment & Financial Policies

• Payment due before or at time of service unless otherwise arranged.
• Late payments may incur a $25 fee.
• No refunds for completed services.
• Prepaid subscription packages refundable for unused sessions (10% administrative fee).

5. Conduct & Safety Policies

All clients and staff must maintain respectful and safe environments. ISC may terminate sessions if safety is compromised. ISC follows all mandated reporting laws.

6. Confidentiality & Privacy

All information is confidential and stored securely. Information is shared only with legal guardians, authorized individuals, or as required by law. See also our Privacy Policy.

7. Technology & Virtual Services

Clients must provide stable internet and an appropriate environment for virtual services. Technical issues may require rescheduling.

8. Service Termination

Services may be terminated due to repeated no-shows, non-payment, safety concerns, misuse, or program completion.

9. Communication Policies

ISC responds within 1 to 2 business days. Emergency situations require calling 911 or crisis services.

10. Professional Boundaries

ISC maintains strict professional boundaries. Personal interactions outside service contexts are not permitted.

11. Parent/Family Expectations

Families must engage in recommended parent coaching, provide a safe environment, and communicate changes impacting services.

12. Contractor/Partner Terms

Contractors must adhere to documentation, confidentiality, deadlines, and ISC professional and branding standards.

13. Disclaimers

ISC is not a medical or emergency provider. Outcomes are guided by evidence-based practices but cannot be guaranteed.

14. Agreement

By engaging with ISC, clients confirm they understand and accept these Terms & Policies.

Governing Law

These Terms & Policies are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, Clark County.
